Bjorn's Playground Privacy Policy
This Statement of Privacy applies to Bjorn's Playground products and services and all add-ons, add-ins and websites operated by Bjorn's Playground, collectively the (“Sites”), and governs data collection and usage in all cases, unless otherwise noted. By using the Bjorn's Playground Sites you consent to the data practices described here.

Bjorn's Playground may collect personally identifiable information in order to better provide you with products and services, This can include information such as first name, last name, e-mail address and phone number.
To order and purchase Bjorn's Playground products and services, we collect billing and credit card information to complete the financial transaction.
Bjorn's Playground only collects personal information that is voluntarily provided by you when you opt to use and order products and services from the Sites, that may include: (a) completing an account, product or marketing registration form, (b) sending Bjorn's Playground an email, (c) submitting billing, payment and credit card details to order and pay for products and services, (d) registering with selected third-parties, partners and affiliates of Bjorn's Playground that may share your information.

2.1 Tracking User Behavior
Bjorn's Playground and it’s chosen third-party providers may track and store data about anonymous visitors and identified user visitors to the Sites. This data may be used by Bjorn's Playground for different purposes, including but not limited to (a) statistical and trending reports and analysis, (b) optimizing user experience, (c) customized advertising, if applicable to the product version, (d) display of customized content, (e) assessing user interest in content, products, services and other topics and subjects.
2.2 User System Information
Information about your computer hardware and systems may be automaticaly collected by Bjorn's Playground Sites, This information may include: IP address, geographic location, browser type, browser version, domain name, referring links, referring keywords, visitor and page-visit duration. This information may be used by Bjorn's Playground to (a) statistical and trending reports and analysis, (b) optimize the operation of Sites, and (c) maintain the reliability, accessibility, security and performance of the Sites.
2.3 Use of Cookies
Bjorn's Playground utilizes ‘cookies’ to personalize and optimize the performance of the Sites. A Bjorn's Playground Sites web page server issues a text file cookie that is stored on your computer. The cookie is unique to you, cannot be used to run software programs or deliver viruses to your computer and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie.
Cookies are optional and designed to save you time when you subsequently return to visit a Bjorn's Playground Sites website, by simplifying the recording of your personal information and any features that you customized. 3.1 Email Communications
This Privacy Policy provides Bjorn's Playground with the ability to contact you via e-mail as described in section 1.2 above. Further, Bjorn's Playground may utilize products that send notifications that you have opened an e-mail, clicked on a link in the e-mail and subsequently viewed content via such e-mail link.
You may stop receiving marketing and/or promotional e-mails from Bjorn's Playground by electing to opt-out of such communications using the ‘unsubscribe’ link in an email, or by including ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject-line of a return e-mail to a Bjorn's Playground domain sender.
If you opt-out you may still receive communications such as receipts, confirmation emails and customer service updates that are considered necessary to deliver products and services to you.
3.2 Children under Thirteen
Bjorn's Playground does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under that age, you are obliged to ask your parent or guardian for permission to use Bjorn's Playground and Sites.

Bjorn's Playground takes commercially reasonable steps to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure and use.
Personal identifiable information is protected during transmission using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
Bjorn's Playground warns you that no security measure can be guaranteed to be fully secure. By your use Bjorn's Playground products and services available through Sites and/or your continued use and visits to Sites, you acknowledge that (a) there are security and privacy limitations in Internet operation outside of Bjorn's Playground control, and (b) security, integrity and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you, us, Bjorn's Playground and Sites cannot be guaranteed.,
Bjorn's Playground products and services may be accessed via Google G-Suite and Gmail user accounts. If you lose control of your Google G-Suite and Gmail account, you may lose control over your personally identifiable information. If you believe your Google account has been compromised in any way, you should immediately change your password or increase your own user access security by activating Google’s 2 step authentication. Bjorn's Playground is not liable for restriction of access to products and services due to password loss.
3.4 Storage of Personal Information
Bjorn's Playground may select, contract and store data on the computer servers operated by third-party cloud hosting and data storage services.
3.5 Links to Other Websites and Third-Parties
Bjorn's Playground Sites include links to third-party websites that operate and maintain their own privacy policies and statements that materially differ from this Privacy Policy.
Bjorn's Playground is not responsible for the content, operation and privacy policy of third-party websites, or the protection of your personal indentifiable information when you leave Bjorn's Playground Sites.
3.6 Data Retention
Bjorn's Playground and Sites will retain your information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide you services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Information that is accessible and/or analyzed by our products and services is considered the property and confidential information of the owner(s), who may be public corporations, private corporations, not-for-profit organizations, charitable organizations, medical and educational establishments, goverment agencies, and/or indviduals. Information includes application data, documents, files, configuration settings and any other information accessible by Bjorn's Playground products and services.
We will not view your information except as required by law under section 1.3 above, or as necessary to deliver and support the products and services, which may include diagnosing, supporting or resolving problems that may limit or disrupt access and/or quality of service.
5. Adminstering this Privacy Policy

Bjorn's Playground reserves the right to change this policy from time-to-time. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of significant changes to this policy and the way we treat your personal information, by (a) sending emails to designated account holders, (b) placing notices and alerts on the Sites, and/or (c) posting updates to this privacy policy on this page of the Sites.
