A sig pic (short for signature picture) is an image you can quickly insert into the Gmail new message compose window.
Sig pics can be standard jpeg or pgn images but you can also have fun with animated (GIF) ones.
There are several web apps (see below) that support sig pic design and upload.

Use any of these apps to design an (animated) image and upload as a signature picture with click of a button.
