Fullscreen support in add-ons

Some of my apps need a lot of screen real estate and that this is sometimes limited when running in a Google Docs add-on dialog, but this is now somewhat solved!

All my Google Docs add-ons using a dialog as the main UI now support entering fullscreen mode, vastly enlarging the real estate available for the add-on. Look for the round blue button at the left bottom corner of the dialog.
